THE Lady Blackheart

   It was drawn to my attention today that someone is ME on tik tok. Ok, let me rephrase that. They are using Lady Blackheart. This distraught human who brought this to my attention thought they were following me only to find out with one click that it wasn't. I don't have a tik tok account. I did make one after getting this message just so I could see this person.
    Ok, so I looked and sure enough there it was in digital permanence. Now I am pretty mature and easy going. However, dammit, I have been Lady Blackheart since before all things digital. It's a long and personal story that comes from my other half. Lady Blackheart then evolved over time to also sometimes include or be seen/heard with Fierce, witch, and a couple other names. These are part of my identity. So while grown-up mature me was saying it's not a big deal...IT IS! 
     I mean it is my name my bitchy ass, Halloween loving, witchy persona so by farquad figure out your own shit. I even play pokemon go with that name!  <retracting claws> I mean there is nothing to be done about it really unless I want to start an internet war with some chic I don't know and who doesn't know me. Sooooooo I'll brood a bit, get over it and move on. Orrrrrrrr will I?

      Something I’ve wanted for ages is a weighted blanket. I tried one that belonged to a relative and LOVED the soothing feeling of the weight. So I set out to buy one. After five minutes on line I discovered Just how pricey they were. Plus what I was looking for didn’t exist. I wanted something smaller than a full blanket. I was born hot...and not that good sexy way...just plain ass always needs a fan hot!         All the blankets I could find were child size lap blankets and SUPER expensive. Enter diy. So here we are. I thought about what I wanted and first bought the material and then the polly pellets. Twelve pounds worth. I actually wanted fifteen pounds but that would’ve meant another 20 dollars. I’m about half way done. It’s a little off but so far not s’bad to look at. Update soon.

Forgotten blanket

   I know I promised an updated finished montage of photos when I finished my weighted blanket. Unfortunately, my sewing machine had other ideas ( that is a rendition of me after much swearing at it''s refusing to work. I looked just like Rhiana that day.Ok, Only in my effing dreams but attitude...all there baby.)  and since I am not a great or enthused about sewing anything by hand that large...it sits. It sits at least until I can get my inherited cursed machine to the shop. So I implore you to come back and see what other shenanigans I can begin only to add them to the pile of...someday I'll finish this.
